On Thursday, Cheshire High School boys’ golf (15-0-1) finished off an unbeaten regular season with a 160-194 victory over Sheehan at The Farms Country Club in Wallingford. As medalist, senior co-captain AJ DePaolo paced the Rams with a 35.
Junior co-captain Jack Brewster shot a 38. Sophomores Dylan Gillotti and Jack DeJoseph had a 41 and 46, respectively.
On May 30, FCC will host the Southern Connecticut Conference Championship at 8:30 a.m.

Girls’ Tennis (12th seed, 12-6)
In a Class LL qualifier, Cheshire welcomes Shelton (21st seed, 7-10) to play at 2 p.m. The winner advances to visit New Canaan (fifth seed, 15-3) on Saturday at 11 a.m.
Boys’ Tennis (15th seed, 8-10)
In the Class L First Round, the Rams travel to play Newtown (second seed, 10-2) at 3 p.m.
Boys’ Volleyball (top seed, 17-4)
Riding a four-match win streak, the Rams host defending champion Shelton (second seed, 13-6) in the SCC final at 6 p.m. Cheshire beat their rival on April 21 (3-2) and May 10 (3-1).
In last year’s title match, Shelton rallied from a 2-0 deficit to win 3-2 over visiting CHS.
