Warm Up Your Winter Creativity At Artsplaces

Warm Up Your Winter Creativity At Artsplaces

You don’t have to be an artist to take classes at Artsplace.

Artsplace — 1220 Waterbury Rd. — invites everyone to start the New Year with a new art endeavor that will bring life-long satisfaction. Artsplace is offering an exciting array of art classes and workshops beginning the week of Jan.13, and running through March 9. Classes are taught by a staff of professional award-winning artists for students pre- kindergarten through adult. All supplies are included.

Artsplace staff members will help attendees select the right class or workshop in drawing, colored pencil, pastel, oil and acrylic painting, watercolor and more. The programs are appropriate for students of any artistic level — beginner, intermediate or advanced. Class sessions typically run for seven weeks and are offered Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is always best to register early to avoid disappointment as class sizes are limited.

Artsplace is closed on Fridays.

To view the Artsplace Winter 2020 Schedule and register for any classes, visit www.artsplacecheshirect.org. Those interested can also pick up a hard copy of the schedule at Artsplace, the Cheshire Public Library, Town Hall, or the Recreation Deptartment
