The Cheshire Town Council will continue their review of the five year Capital Expenditure Plan tonight, and on the docket will be requests being made by the Board of Education.
Included in the BOE proposal are multiple maintenance and upgrade projects for the local schools. The Board had requested $2.28 million in projects for the upcoming year, however Town Manager Michael Milone reduced that to approximately $1.4 million, with just under $1.3 million set aside for renovations.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and be held in Room 207 of Town Hall, 84 South Main St. All members of the public are invited to attend.
