As Weather Heats Up, Make Sure To Pick Up Your Mixville Passes

Mixville Park will be open to the public on a daily basis from 7 a.m. to dusk. From now through Sept. 1, a parking fee will be in effect. Parking rates will be as follows:
Seasonal Pass – $40 resident, $120 non-resident
Daily Pass – $5 resident, $10 non-resident
To purchase a seasonal pass, bring a valid Connecticut driver’s license and a copy of the car registration for all vehicles to be listed on the pass to the Parks and Recreation Department. To purchase a daily pass, bring a valid Connecticut driver’s license and a copy of the car registration to the Parks and Recreation Department. The Parks and Recreation Department office is located at 559 South Main St. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office will be closed on Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day) and Friday, July 4.
On Saturdays and Sundays, and on Friday, July 4, daily passes only will be sold at the Cheshire Community Pool at Bartlem Park.
