The Cheshire Board of Education will hold its last Business Meeting of the year tonight at Town Hall.
During the meeting, several individuals are expected to be recognized, including this year's Cheshire High School Valedictorian and Salutatorian, National Merit Scholar, Governor's Scholar, and the 2014 Counselor of the Year.
Those who are retiring will also be recognized, as will the individual/s noted for Outstanding Volunteer Service.
The Board is also expected to approve an increase in school lunch and milk prices for next year. There is a discussion about Superintendent of Schools Dr. Greg Florio's contract, but that will occur during an executive session, in which the public is not allowed to partake.
The meeting will be held tonight at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at 84 South Main St. The public is invited to attend.
