Over $10 Million In Upgrades Approved

January 29, 2014 by John Rook

The Cheshire Town Council approved an initiative that will see the Town make over $10 million in improvements to local buildings in the near future, all of which will be covered by energy savings.
The initiative is expected to include $10.2 million in ECMs, or energy conservation measures, with the work being performed by Ameresco. Councilors stated that all of the work will be covered by the savings, meaning no out-of-pocket expense to the taxpayers of Cheshire.
