Seniors Health Challenges to be Topic at Chamber Breakfast

The Cheshire Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellness Council will have a breakfast on November 13, 2013, at Elim Park.

This will be an informational session for seniors and caregivers, as well as people with aging parents.

Josh Greene, Director of Rehabilitation at Elim Park, will discuss home safety tips. Barbara Womer Health and Wellness Director from Elim Park, will cover general exercises to improve balance and overall strength. Gerontologist Marc Levesque will discuss medication compliance.

The public is invited. The cost of the breakfast is $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers.
