CHS Girls' Soccer Ends Season In Double Overtime

Cheshire High School girls' soccer (seventh seed, 13-5) lost 2-1 to Greenwich (26th, 7-6-4) in the Class LL First Round. With 17 seconds left in double overtime, senior captain Sarah Rodriguez scored from junior Isabella Pehrson.
The game was scoreless at halftime. Junior Kacey Conlon scored with 14:06 remaining followed 19 seconds later by Greenwich sophomore Treloara Harrison. Freshman Zoe Riccio and Greenwich junior Kylie Ginsberg made seven saves in goal.
Cheshire graduates Lily Dolyak (captain), Ali Lamberti (captain), Erin Albrecht, Leah Chamberlin, Anna Wu, Kristin Cabrera (manager), and Natalie Reynolds (manager).
