BOE Candidate Forum Tonight

October 28, 2013 by John Rook

Candidates running for the Board of Education will square off tonight at Cheshire High School as part of the Candidate Forum.
On hand will be incumbent Republican BOE members Tony Perugini and Sandra Pavano, who are seeking re-election, along with fellow Republican Adam Grippo, who is a newcomer to the race. Joining them will be Democratic candidates Kathryn Fabiani and Mark Ecke.
The Forum is being sponsored by the Townwide PTA along with the high school PTO. A wide range of questions will be asked as candidates tackle the issues affecting the Cheshire school system.
The Forum begins at 7 p.m. and is expected to run until 9 p.m. It will be held in the Commons at Cheshire High School, 525 South Main St.
The public is invited to attend.
For a detailed story on the Forum, see Thursday's Cheshire Herald.
