Cheshire Field Hockey Aims For Third Straight SCC Tourney Title

After securing their third straight Southern Connecticut Conference regular season crown (school record), Cheshire High School field hockey (14-2, 10-0) has the top seed for the SCC tournament. They look to claim a third consecutive crown starting with Saturday's quarterfinal against Sacred Heart Academy (eighth, 4-9-2) at 2 p.m. Cheshire won the first meeting 6-0 on Oct. 16 (Senior Night). The Lady Rams have won four straight, all by shutout.
