McIntosh, Mutiny Win WPSL East Conference Championship

New England Mutiny women's soccer, including defensive back/mid-fielder Kylee McIntosh (2010 Cheshire High School graduate), battled back from 1-0 and 2-1 deficits to beat host ASA Chesapeake Charge (10-1-2) 3-2 in overtime and win the Women's Professional Soccer League East Conference title! With three seconds remaining in regulation, the Mutiny (8-0-5) knotted the score 2-2 at Arundel High School in Gambrills, Md.
Mutiny has qualified for the National Final Four next weekend in Sacramento, Calif. McIntosh will enter her senior year at Marist College (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) this fall.
