It might be hot outside, but there will be nothing but cool on the stage at Bartlem Park this evening—cool music, that is.
The Cheshire Parks and Recreation Department, in conjunction with the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce, is sponsoring Cheshirepalooza, a musical festival featuring four popular bands.
The festivities kick off tonight at 6:30 p.m.
Up first will be The Recliner Pilots, featuring Cheshire's Mark Malloy. After they have finished, Big Foot is expected to take to the stage at approximately 7:20 p.m. Look closely and you'll see a couple of Cheshire residents—Pete DeBisshop and Matt Hall—up there with them. At 8:10 p.m. Big Fat Combo will delight the audience with their unique sounds, brought to life by the likes of Cheshire's Tom Hearn. Finally, at 9 p.m., Cover Story, with Cheshire's Beth Byrd, will wrap up the evening of music.
The concert is free and is expected to last until 10 p.m.
