Cheshire High School softball (14-5; 6-2 in Housatonic Division) extended their win streak to four games on Wednesday, beating host East Haven (17-3) 6-3. Senior Kierstyn Bourdeau (single) and sophomore Olivia Odermatt (two hits and runs scored) both had two RBIs. Junior Bryanna McIntosh (walk, two runs scored) and sophomore Sara Como added two hits and an RBI. Senior Kathryn Vitale reached on a bunt single and hit by pitch, scoring twice.
Senior Nicole D'Amato worked around five hits and walks to get the win. She had eight strikeouts.
Cheshire caps the regular season on Friday, visiting Mercy at 3:45 p.m. Mercy won 2-1 on April 6.
Boys' Golf (13-3; 6-1 in Housatonic Division)
Paced by senior medalist Eric Dietrich (38), the Rams defeated host Hamden 162-168 at Laurel View Country Club. Cheshire collected 41s from junior Jake Ecke and sophomore Chris Simione. Senior Mike Stanton posted a 42.
Cheshire hosts Sheehan and Berlin on Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
Girls' Golf (13-4-1)
Cheshire fired a 204 at Orange Hills Country Club. They beat Woodstock Academy (233), tying Avon, and coming up short against Greenwich (178). Senior Andra Frappier shot a 45, followed by classmates Maggie Kulpa (51) and Megan Robles (52). Seniors Emily Larkin and Molly Pritchard had a 56.
In their final home match, Cheshire faces Mercy and Suffield at 3 p.m.
Baseball (8-10; 3-5)
Guilford (9-8) created a 7-0 advantage en route to a 7-3 victory at CHS. Junior Ethan Lonardelli (walk, run scored) and senior Kyle Hodgdon both had three hits for Cheshire. Junior Dan Schock and sophomore Ryan Pierpont (single) also scored once.
The pitching staff of seniors Christian Colp, PJ Watson, and Zach Goul, along with sophomore Adam vonFischer, allowed 10 hits and eight walks. They totaled four strikeouts.
Colp, Goul, Hodgdon, Kevin Mirando (single), and Watson had Senior Day.

The Rams host Branford (6-13) on Thursday at 4 p.m.
Boys' Lacrosse (7-8)
Despite 16 saves from junior goalkeeper Cheshire took a 11-7 loss at Simsbury (12-2). Junior Matt Samuelson scored twice in the loss. The Rams received goals from seniors Chris Trasacco (assist), Tom Dupont, Tyler Sheehan, junior Ben Hamel, and sophomore Matt Blois. Senior John Klemenz also record an assist.
On Saturday, Cheshire ends the regular season at Lincoln-Sudbury (Mass.). Start time is 5 p.m.

Boys' Volleyball (12-3)
Winners of four straight, CHS hosts Newington (11-5) at 4 p.m. Cheshire won 3-1 on April 22.
Boys' Tennis (6-10)
The Rams strive to snap a five-match slide against Shelton (1-15) at 4 p.m. The final home match is Senior Day for Bryan Adams (captain), Casey Barry (captain), Blake Wetmore (captain), Andrew Carroll, and Alex Lord.
Girls' Lacrosse (11-3)
The Lady Rams visit Daniel Hand (8-6) at 7 p.m. Cheshire won 16-9 on May 2. With a win, CHS defends the Southern Connecticut Conference regular season title.
