United States Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty (D-5) will be the featured speaker at the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce breakfast to be held at Elim Park, 140 Cook Hill Road, on Wednesday, March 27, from 8 to 9 a.m. There will be a question and answer session.
