The Town of Cheshire continues the slow process of cleaning up after the Blizzard of 2013, but life is beginning to go back to normal.
As such, the regularly scheduled meeting of the Cheshire Town Council for tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, will commence as planned.
School has been canceled since Friday and no word has been given as to the status for tomorrow. Superintendent of Schools Dr. Greg Florio told The Herald this morning that, while most of the school facilities have been cleared, it is still unknown as to whether many Cheshire roads will be able to accommodate buses tomorrow morning. Florio stated that a decision will be made later on this afternoon.
