Breaking News: CCP Bubble Comes down

Under weight of snow, the bubble atop Cheshire Community Pool collapsed this morning. According to coaches within the Cheshire YMCA Sea Dog Swim Club, this event occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. There is a rip of undetermined size in it.
Check back for updates as more information comes out. The Sea Dogs have confirmed that tomorrow's 12-and-Under State Championship has been cancelled.
2 p.m. update: Town staff has confirmed that the bubble collapsed and was not taken down for precautionary measures. No one was inside or hurt when the bubble collapsed earlier this morning.
