CHS Boys' Soccer Starts Class LL Play, Girls Postponed Until Saturday

Class LL updates for Cheshire High School are listed below:
Boys' soccer (24th seed; 7-5-4)
CHS travels to Newtown (ninth; 11-2-3) for Friday's Class LL First Round at 2 p.m. CHS has advanced to the quarterfinals in the last two years before being eliminated.
Girls' Soccer (seventh; 11-3-2)
In a postponement, the Lady Rams will host New Milford (26th; 6-8-2) in Saturday's First Round at 3 p.m. Cheshire was a quarterfinal last fall.
Girls Volleyball (second; 19-1)
Cheshire hosts Westhill (15th; 12-7) in Saturday's Class LL Second Round at 6 p.m. Westhill beat Danbury (18th; 9-10) 3-0 (25-23, 25-20, 25-20) in yesterday's qualifier.
