Cross Country, Youth Wrestling Schedule Changes

Cheshire High School girls' cross country, along with senior Sagar Nakrani and junior Lucas Marcouiller from the boys' team, will now compete in Sunday's State Open at Wickham Park in Manchester. Girls run at 2 p.m. and boys follow 45 minutes later.

Cheshire Youth Wrestling has also changed their registration date from Oct. 29 to Nov. 5. The event for second through eighth grade boys runs 6-7:30 p.m. in Room 82 of CHS. The fee of $180 includes four tournaments. Practices are twice a week from December through February. New wrestlers are encouraged. For information, email cywrestling@yahoo.com.
