CJF Turns From Regular Season To SYFC Playoffs

In Cheshire Junior Football action last Sunday, fifth grade ended the regular season with their sixth straight win (6-2) 26-6 at North Branford. Seventh grade ‘A’ (5-3) earned a 31-0 shutout in Guilford.
Seventh grade ‘B’ (6-2) fell 48-36 against East Haven at Cheshire High School. Sixth graders (4-4) lost 33-0 in Wallingford. Fourth grade ‘A’ has a 3-5 record after falling 12-6 at Madison. Fourth grade ‘B’ (2-6) finished with a 13-6 loss in Clinton.
Seventh grade 'A' starts the Shoreline Youth Football Conference playoffs with tonight's visit to Branford at 7 p.m.
