Those who love choir music are in for a treat this weekend.
Three local churches - United Methodist, St. Peter's, and First Congregational - are joining forces to present a 3-Church Choral Concert this Saturday, Oct. 27, and Sunday, Oct. 28. The three musical directors of the churches will collaborate to bring the works of noted composers, such as Mozart and Bach, to their audience, with 70 voices singing in unison.
The event will be held at St. Peter's Church, 59 Main Street. The Saturday performance is scheduled for 7 p.m. while the Sunday performance will be held at 4 p.m.
For more information, and for the story behind the performance, see this week's Cheshire Herald.
