Cheshire Youth Take Part In NFL Contest

Thirty youngsters (24 boys, six girls) participated in Cheshire Parks and Recreation’s Eighth NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick competition on Sept. 22 at Cheshire Alumni Field. The following age division winners received ribbons and certificates:

Adam Vernon (6-7; punt-29 feet; pass-16 feet, seven inches; kick-33 feet, nine inches)
Adam Bouwman (8-9; 54 feet; 61, eight; 47, two)
Owen Ferguson (10-11; 48, 10; 34 feet; 23, two)
Zachary Bradley (12-13; 91, four; 89, 10; 111 feet)
Matt D’Andrea (14-15; 38, seven; 91, 10; 109, four)
