Cheshire High School girls' soccer (4-1; 1-0 in Housatonic Division) defeated New Haven Co-Op 6-0 in their first game at Cheshire Alumni Field. Senior Nicole Stauffer had a career-high three goals. Classmate Lauren Como (two assists with junior Lily Dolyak) earned her first goal. Senior Kelsie Carlette and sophomore Alexandra Pelletier (assist) scored. Junior Leah Chamberlin added an assist. Junior goalkeeper Natalie Reynolds came up with three saves in her second shutout.
