Rams Storm Back To Win Their Football Home Opener

September 15, 2012 by John Rook

It didn't start the way Cheshire had intended, but it sure ended they way they wanted.
In its football home opener, the Cheshire High School football team overcame a 16-0 deficit against Shelton to win 30-23. The game featured a pair of Cheshire players - Vin Sansone and Sam Pascale - rush for over 100 yards and score two touchdowns a piece as the Rams won their first game of the year.
For a quick game scoring summary, see our Sports page on the website, and for a full recap of the game, see next week's Cheshire Herald.
