PZC Meets Tonight

September 10, 2012 by Josh Morgan

After an August recess, the Cheshire Planning and Zoning Commission is back in session tonight at 7:30.
The meeting, which will occur in Town Hall Council Chambers, will be the first business conducted by the PZC since the end of July. It’s a light agenda tonight, with a subdivision application from Ricci Construction leading off the meeting. The group wants to split a single parcel into two lots at 216 Cook Hill Rd.
Also on the docket tonight is a zone text change petition from resident Matthew Bowman. The proposed change in zoning language would allow for two homes to be located on the same parcel, with certain restrictions, such as size and occupancy.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will also schedule a public hearing on site modifications at Elim Park, which includes renovating the dining area.
The PZC meets tonight, Sept. 10 at 7:30 in Town Hall Council Chambers.
The meeting is open to the public.
