PZC Meets Tonight

July 23, 2012 by Josh Morgan

The Planning and Zoning Commission is meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall for a public hearing and special meeting. There are two applications subject of the public hearing tonight, July 23.
The first is a subdivision application for Ricci Construction Group, Inc. Ricci plans to build two new lots along 261 Cook Hill Rd. The Commission will also discuss a zone text change petition submitted by Matthew Bowman. The PZC has previously held meetings on the change that, if approved, would allow for two residential dwellings on a single plot of land.
It’s unclear if the Commission will approve these applications before recessing for the summer. Tonight is the final Planning and Zoning meeting until mid-September, as the group takes August off every year.
Learn what transpired at the meeting in an upcoming edition of The Cheshire Herald.
