Get Into The Groove With Park And Recreation's Friday Night Concerts

It's summer. The weather is hot and the nights are open.
To fill any summer-fun void you might have, Cheshire Parks and Recreation are sponsoring concerts for the next three Friday nights. The bands will feature an array of sounds that are sure to appeal to all different types of music lovers.
The concerts will be as follows:

Friday, July 20
Aztec Two Step
Bartlem Park
7:30 p.m.

Aztec Two Step is a two-man band that plays mostly folk rock. The duo has won numerous awards and been featured on Late Night with David Letterman

Friday, July 27
Eight to the Bar
Bartlem Park
7:30 p.m.

Eight to the Bar has become known to many in and around Cheshire, as the band has played in town many a summer and also during some of Cheshire's biggest events. The band takes its influence from a variety of American roots musical genres, from swing to blues.

Friday, August 3
Jeff Tuohy
Bartlem Park
7:30 p.m.

The solo rock artist has developed a large following over the years, producing his own music and lyrics.
