All special education/related service records, truancy-parent conference records, and student assistance team records of students who graduated or left the Cheshire Public Schools between 2004, and June 30, 2006, will be destroyed.
If you would like a copy of your records, contact the office of Pupil Personnel Services at (203) 250-2422 before July 15. Records will be destroyed after this date.
Please note that parents of a child age 18 or older cannot request such records unless they have obtained guardianship for the child or the child signs a Permission to Release Information form.
