Cheshire Girls Enjoy Soccer At CQVIT

Cheshire Soccer Club hosted 53 girls' teams during the Connecticut Quinnipiac Valley Invitational Tournament, held traditionally over Memorial Day weekend at Quinnipiac Park. The club's U-12 Red celebrated a championship, defeating Shelton for the crown. Cheshire Red didn't lose a game at the U-10 level.
Naugatuck (U-11 White), Southington (U-11 Red), North Haven (U-12 White), Wallingford (U-13), Plainfield (U-14), and West Haven (U-19) added championships.
