CHS To Hold Signing Ceremony For Koukos!

Cheshire High School will hold a signing ceremony for senior swimmer Lexi Koukos on Monday at 2:15 p.m. in the library. Koukos, who also swims for the Cheshire YMCA Sea Dogs Swim Club, has committed to Marist College (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.).
Koukos captained the 2011 Lady Rams with classmates Ashley Bowman, Jessica Liu, Haley Payne, and Maggie Ptaszynski. She won her first Class L title last year in the 500-yard freestyle (5:08.67). Her personal-record (5:06.04) ranks in the school's top 10 all-time. Koukos was also All-Southern Connecticut Conference and Lady Eagle Invite Champion.
Marist, coached by Larry VanWagner, has won 13 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference titles (school record). They are the reigning champions.
