CHS Boys' Tennis Extends Win Streak

Cheshire High School boys' tennis (9-1) earned their eighth straight win 7-0 at Sheehan (2-6). Sophomore Jeremy Reichentahl (6-2, 6-0), along with seniors Tyler Hajjar (6-3, 6-0) and Drew Henderson (6-0, 6-1), topped singles. Senior Tanner Barros and junior Casey Barry both won 6-0, 6-1. Jackson Ajello and Abdullah Choudhry (7-5, 6-3) and David Light and Ricardo Valentin (6-4, 6-2) controlled doubles as freshmen squads.
Head Coach Jim Matthews is three wins away from 250. Cheshire visits Branford (7-3), winners of five straight matches, on Monday at 3:45 p.m.
