CHESHIRE- Janice Findley, 86, of Cheshire, passed away on April 10, 2012 at the Skyview Center in Wallingford, where she had also been employed for over 20 years.

Janice was the wife of James Findley. She was born in Waterbury to the late Ruby and Harold Moon of Cheshire. She resided in Yalesville for many years before moving back to Cheshire.

She was predeceased by a brother, Warren H. Moon of Cheshire. She is survived by a son, William R. Slonski of Cheshire; a daughter, Jane and her husband Raymond Yorgensen; a grandson, Christopher and his wife Jessica Yorgensen; a granddaughter, Laurie and her husband Dan Tuohey; and three great-grandsons Matthew and Sean Yorgensen, and Ryan Tuohey, all of Wethersfield.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service for Janice on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Cheshire Hillside Cemetery, Wallingford Road, Cheshire, 06410 at 11 a.m. There are no calling hours.
