Three Quinnipiac University faculty members will take part in the Scholarship Across the Disciplines panel discussion, “Sports and Society,” from 3-4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24 in the Mancheski Executive Seminar Room in the Lender School of Business Center at Quinnipiac.
One of the speakers will be Stan Rothman, of Cheshire, a professor of mathematics in the College of Arts and Sciences. Rothman will present "Streaking: A Study of the Most Important Batting Streaks in Baseball including Joe DiMaggio’s 56-Game Hitting Streak.”
