September 2, 2011 by Special To The ...

Cheshire Community Theater will present The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield.
DSCN1938-2.jpgThis is Shakespeare, as you have never seen it! Join three madcap men as they weave their wicked way through all 37 of Shakespeare’s comedies, histories, and tragedies. See why this was London’s longest-running comedy for 10 years! This production truly is a family affair. Cheshire resident Kim Wantroba is directing both her husband Mark and their son Ryan, along with fellow Cheshire actor Eddie Schaefer, in this madcap condensation of Shakespeare's plays. There will be only three performances. Join the fun on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 16 and 17 at 8 p.m. or Sunday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m. at Cheshire High School's Thorp Auditorium (525 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT). Some audience participation is required. Tickets are $12 for students/seniors and advanced tickets, and $15 general admission.
Tickets will be available at Hines Ace Hardware in Cheshire, Cheshire Nursery, and at the door.
