Graduation Ceremonies To Be Held Outside, Rain Or Shine

Rain pelted the area earlier this morning and skies have remained overcast throughout the afternoon.
However, plans for the Cheshire High School Class of 2011 Graduation remain unchanged.
According to the school's website, the ceremonies will be conducted outside at the Maclary Athletic Complex this evening, rain or shine.
The gates will open at at 4:30 and the ceremonies will begin promptly at 6 p.m.
Earlier this morning, Dodd Middle School held its promotion ceremony outside grey skies. The weather stayed dry for most of the ceremony but thunder could be heard towards the end of the ceremony, prompting an abbreviated version to be held.
