Spadafina Rejoins Cheshire Sea Dogs

Coach John Spadafina has rejoined the Cheshire YMCA Sea Dog Swim Club for the 2010-11 short course season. Spadafina joined the Sea Dogs in 2007, instructing the Age Group II and Junior teams. He is now the head coach of the Pre-Team and Buccaneer levels.
Spadafina spent the last two years as Assistant Director of Competitive Swimming for the New Canaan YMCA Caimans. He also coached Age Group at the Omni Swim Club (New Haven; 2004-06) and Farmington Valley Swim team (2002-03).
A 2003 graduate of Central Connecticut State University, he captained the swim and dive program.
